Tech/ DiplomaJob Location: JamshedpurJob profile:Checking design for manufacturability of parts, Serviceability, Tool accessibility, commonality etc.M-BOM understanding, validation & analysis for non-compliance parts.Vehicle Layout understanding & trouble shooting for NPI vehicles.Making Change level report & suggestion/implementation for modular design.Expertise in Product/Design lifecycle understanding.Overall design knowledge of all aggregates.Overall, Knowledge of assembly process.Co-ordinating with various cross functional depts. for design/mfg. issues resolution.Support NPI for launch of Product & Proto building.Domain Skills:Vehicle Integration (Buses)Proficient in Automotive Product/Design lifecycle & release process.Should have expertise in Automotive assembly processes.Overall Understanding of all vehicle aggregates & functions is must.Candidates having worked on 'vehicle integration' projects is preferable.Project Management SkillsSoftware Skills:PLM-Team-center vis Mockup/Professional.CATIA/ PRO-EMS Excel advance levelGood Communication Skills is a must.
