Develop complete project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Lead project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.Define project scope, manage changes, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.Establish effective communication channels with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and expectations are managed. Interact with domestic and international stakeholders.Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards while coordinating and working with the QA team.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, document project progress, decisions, and lessons learned for future reference.
