Job Title: IAM Implementation & Development SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai / Mumbai / Pune / Kolkata / GurugramExperience: 3-9 yearsTotal Active Roles: 120About the Role: As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Implementation & Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in deploying and customizing IAM solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into technical solutions, implementing IAM frameworks, and developing customizations to ensure seamless integration and efficient access management.Key Responsibilities:Implementation: Lead the implementation of IAM solutions utilizing various technologies such as CyberArk/CA PAM/CA EPM, ForgeRock, HashiCorp Vault, Okta, Ping Directory, Ping Federate/Identity, SailPoint, and Saviynt.Custom Development: Develop custom scripts, integrations, and configurations to extend and enhance IAM functionalities, leveraging your expertise in IAM platforms and related technologies.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design plans for IAM implementations.Solution Design: Design IAM architectures, workflows, and access controls, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, applications, and directories, ensuring seamless interoperability and data synchronization.Testing & Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of IAM implementations, identifying and resolving any issues or vulnerabilities, and optimizing system performance and security.Documentation & Training: Document IAM configurations, processes, and procedures, and provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3-9 years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation and development, with expertise in the following technologies:CyberArk/CA PAM/CA EPMForgeRockHashiCorp VaultOktaPing DirectoryPing Federate/IdentitySailPointSaviyntStrong programming skills in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.Excellent understanding of access control principles, authentication mechanisms, and identity lifecycle management concepts.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications in IAM (e.g., CIAM, CISSP, CISA) are advantageous.Experience with IAM implementations in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.Join our team and leverage your expertise in IAM implementation and development to contribute to the security and integrity of organizations' systems and data.
