Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales targets.Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, brokers, and partners.Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and differentiation.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
