Roles & ResponsibilityRelevant experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) implementation and configuration.Design, documentation and creation of organisation structure and setting it up in SAP in coordination with other team members of SAP functional modules.Designing and configuration of CO sub modules - cost element accounting (CO-CEA), cost center Accounting (CO-CCA), product costing and COPA.Production order settlement in SAP.Mapping and documenting of business processes into SAP ERP.SAP production support for critical business scenarios.Master data management.Planning and development of end user training and developing the training manualsOversee and execute the fixing of bugs in SAP FICO plus implementing minor enhancements.Oversee, design and implement SAP FICO configuration & customise the Company's Automation Solutions SAP System.Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and able to provide efficient & productive solutions to assigned problems.Professional skillsProfessional Knowledge:Knowledge of CO Module in SAP.Understanding of Manufacturing / Engineering processes and associated cost.Experience in zero base costing and target costing.Good Knowledge of MS-Excel & Power Point.Strong SAP integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD.Communication and Negotiation:Strong influencing skills plus negotiation skillsProblem Solve ability:Based on professional knowledge, should be able to guide the team in problem resolution.Leadership:Go GetterTeam PlayerCommitments towards his assignmentDisciplinedActive listenerQualificationsEducation: ICWA (CMA)Major: CostingExperience: 5-8 Yrs.
