Live Connections has a global presence in 4 countries with 6 branches and one resident rep office.Required Qualifications, International:8 to 12 years of experience in Risk and Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, financial services, Operational Risk & Controls, reporting and analysisGood knowledge on 3rd Party Risk Management and Vendor onboarding process.Desired Qualifications:Operational Risk & Controls experienceLeadership and stakeholder skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsSolid problem solving and decision-making skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook and ExcelUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management policiesProvide support for compliance and risk management requirementsWork with the Onshore quality assurance team to ensure closure of month-end all the open/assigned volumes are reviewed and correctedMonitor and evaluate larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performanceDocument quality issues and performance measures for management reviewWork closely with both internal stakeholders and users to meet their service needsAbility to meet deadlinesDemonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthinessA successful candidate will possess the following:Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to influence changeProven experience working on cross-organizational initiatives Proven skills working within a dynamic, matrixed environmentEnsure issues are resolved properly and in a timely manner.BANKING DOMAIN IS MANDATORYExperience: 8-11 YearsShifts : Mid shiftsWork Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore PRB
