It designs, develops, and manufactures electric motorcycles in-house along with critical EV components. The company is R&D-driven and focuses on 'Design in India for the World'. With a team of passionate technologists with 25+ years of experience in electric two-wheelers, it leads the adoption of electric motorcycles in India and aims to become the largest electric motorcycle OEM globally.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-            Drive & Monitor Supplier onboarding process from Identification, Qualification, Audits, Assessments, and Contracting to Process validation.-            Manage CFT meetings for Requirement gathering, supplier identification, and evaluation.-            Drive the team to be involved in supplier DFM/ technical requirement feasibility discussions.-            Ensure supply chain risk and mitigation strategies to reduce supplier dependency or cost of ownership etc.-            Bridge the gap between Finance and engineering teams to realize the cost and take action to meet target costs from respective teams.-            Manage Imports and Exports for Global sourcing commodities.-            Identify zero-based cost for the commodity/ part and optimize the NPD time and TAT for PO to material receipt.-            Execution of vendor contracts to mitigate risk in terms of Product cost, quality, capacity planning, delivery, part support for years in service, and payment terms along with Tooling ownership inclusions or SLA agreement inclusions.-            Supplier RM supplies evaluation study at Tier 3 level to ensure timely deliverables. -            Communication with Supplier for non-conformance of parts and take necessary actions till SOP.-            Continuous improvement in Supplier evaluations, cost strategies, VAVE.-            Finance team follow-ups for Payment schedules for timely commitment fulfillment.  ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-            Prior experience in Supplier development & management in the Automotive Industry.-            Excellence in New supplier identification, evaluation & management.-            Previous Instances of zero-based costing and Supplier Audits for evaluation.-            Best at costing, negotiations, and Imports know-how.-            Prior experience in service and vendor contract agreements.-            Knowledge about APQP, PPAP, DFM, FMEA, SPC, and IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.-            Must have completed one complete product development cycle for a vehicle.-            Ability to thrive under pressure to meet stringent timelines, excellent communication, and decision-making skills. Excellent emotional intelligence.-            B.E/M.E  Electronics/ Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years' experience or MBA Supply chain Management/ Operations with 5 years' experience. Electric Vehicle Industry experience is preferred.  PRB
