About Us:SVF Entertainment is a leading Media and Entertainment company in East India, with 8 National Awards to its credit and capabilities in Film and TV Production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, Music, and New Media.Role:We are looking for a seasoned professional with a pleasant personality to join our team and skillfully manage the front desk operations and office administration.As a front-line employee, your role will be extremely crucial to us and will involve ensuring improved guest relations and the smooth functioning of the business.Responsibilities:Manage the overall front desk operation and extend support to administration as per requirement.Ensure availability of front office supplies or stationaries, and manage inventory.Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls.Generate reports and keep updated records of office expenses.Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative activities.Receive, sort and distribute deliveries or mail.Greet guests and visitors with a positive attitude and assist them as required.Preferred Qualifications:Proven work experience of at least 2 years in front desk and guest handling.A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management would be preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Effective organizational and time management skills.Professional attitude and appearance with a pleasing personality.Hands-on experience with MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.This role is based in Kolkata.
