The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training and development programs, and fostering a positive work culture.QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment lawsExperience in recruitment and talent acquisitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in HRIS and other HR softwareExperience in the research or consulting industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field PRB
