Patil Hospital in Navi Mumbai. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital's facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. They will manage a team of staff, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, develop and implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.QualificationsStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of facilities management best practicesExperience in budgeting and financial managementAbility to manage a team and delegate tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskFamiliarity with relevant laws and regulationsPrevious experience in healthcare facilities management is a plusBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredSend your updated CV to recruitment@dypatil.edu PRB
