Hi Everyone,We are hiring for one of the largest International brand.Position - Lead Business Services - Finance - AP/ARLocation - BangaloreExperience - 5-9 yrsQualification - B.com Graduate + CA Intermediate (Must)Skills - AP, AR, MDM (Master Data Management), SAPJob Description-~ Manage the transactional and operational service delivery of AP & AR processes including master data management. ~ Maintains accurate records and control reports whilst leading and mentoring the team. ~ Ensure process follows appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. ~ Stakeholder management with onshore Finance team to seek opportunities to identify and implement process improvements where required.~ Ensure the distribution of accurate reporting to guide decision making in line with organizational values and manage a small team.
