Job Title: Manager - Marcom and Business DevelopmentLocation: Ahmedabad Role Overview: The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Ratnaafin Capital's brand visibility and Nurture/build partnerships to drive business growth. This role requires a individuals with passion to excel and create a impact for brand so need to have a blend strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase Ratnaafin Capital's brand awareness and equity in the market.Partnership Development: Collaborate and Identify to establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, associations, and organizations to drive business growth and expand market reach.Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners to drive collaboration and mutual success.Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize brand positioning.Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand and partnership initiatives, leveraging data and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.Qualifications:MBA preferred however relevant experience personnel can apply Passion for driving Ratnaafin brand visibility and fostering strategic partnerships ,Min 4-5 years of experience in brand management, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the financial services or related industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and partnership initiatives.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
