About the Job:Job Description:Create visually appealing and innovative 2D and 3D designs for products and packaging.Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.Generate mock-ups and prototypes to present design concepts effectively.Design packaging for products including but not limited to labels, monocartons and gift boxes.Ensure packaging designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.Work closely with internal team, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate production of packaging designs.Develop graphics for marketing materials such as advertisements, banners and social media content.Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and platforms.Create 3D models of product designs to visualize concepts and facilitate product development.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into designs as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.Proven experience (2+ years) in 2D and 3D design, preferably in beauty sector.Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in packaging design, graphic design, and 3D modelling.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.Knowledge of printing processes and materials used in packaging production.Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that resonate with the target audience.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy in design execution.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and manufacturing.Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Positions Vacant:2D Designer - 23D Designer - 2Product Packaging Designer - 2 PRB
