We are looking for an HR Leader who can lead the company with an appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resources. You will establish/lead our peoples goals. While embracing our mission, you will focus on building overall HR programs and processes in a fast-moving environment. You will have an opportunity to drive the company's growth and make an impact with your expertise, working closely with senior leadership to create and drive initiatives in organizational design, performance management, and culture.ResponsibilitiesRecognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approvalCreating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platformsManaging HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedulesAssisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidatesHandling pre-joining and post-joining formalities, documentation, etcManaging and handling the induction and orientation of new employeesAssessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employeesManaging the employees data of each departmentOverlooking the daily operations of the HR departmentAssisting the HR Manager in Planning and forming employee benefits packageExecution of employees performance review procedureEnsuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the companyListing to employees complaints and ensuring workplace safetyOrganizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignationMaintaining and recording employee attendanceCounselling employees as and when requiredCreating new HR policies and updating the existing onesAnalysing and monitoring all the department's budgetsConducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignationOrganizing events and conferences for the employees.Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR ManagerAssess staffing needs and deliver tangible plans/solutions for each departmentAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesEnsure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely mannerMaintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulationsRequirementsProven work experience as a Senior HRHands-on experience with Human Resources Management SoftwareSelf confidence with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts.Should have good knowledge of employment HR cycleStrong communication skills with a pleasing personalityGood interpersonal skillsShould possess a positive and approachable personality to address grievancesShould be able to conduct healthy negotiations and find a middle-groundGood conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to coordinate and work as a part of the teamMust have leadership skills and strong work ethicsShould be able to work in stressful situations with strict timelinesPossess good analytical abilities.Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Self Motivated & strong ethics.
