For more information: www.sapiens.com.Key Responsibilities:- • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements, document needs, and analyze existing processes• Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of HR processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement• Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams/Vendor to design technical solutions that meet HR requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and system specifications• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and technology solutions• Data Analysis: Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-makingQualifications:- • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.• Proven experience (4-5 years) working as a Business Analyst in HR technology or related field• Proficiency in analysing data and translating business requirements into technical solutions.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams.• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as SAP SuccessFactors will be added advantage• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Project management experience is a plus.• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.Additional Information:This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of HR and technology, contributing to the improvement of HR processes and systems to support organizational success.
