Unlike aggregators, we provide handpicked hospitality and a commitment to ensuring a memorable lifetime experience for our travelers.Social Media Manager will work on the Company's Portfolio for their Social Media and Digital Strategy, curating content for social media platforms, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic / leads and creating engagement/ conversations. ResponsibilitiesMonitor the social media channelsAssist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website. Produce content for social media channels such as Meta, Instagram, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest.Keep up to date with any social media trends.Track social media influencers.Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports. Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROIContribute to development of the the company blog on a weekly basis.Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaignsShould be:Passionate, Creative, Energetic, Hard WorkingResult orientated and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to structure and organize a work environmentShould be willing to work for start ups and grow with the companyQualifications Minimum 2 years of Facebook ads experience using Meta Business ManagerBachelor's/diploma degree in marketing, advertising or related field Expertise in Facebook ads Comfortable with ads reporting & analyticsUnderstanding of Facebook's ad policies Ability to create & manage campaigns Experience with A/B testing & optimization Knowledge of targeting & custom audiences Proficiency in ad copy & creative development Experience with Facebook pixel implementation Strong Communication & Collaboration SkillPrevious experience in bloggingGrowth Prospects: We are looking for honest, hard working and dedicated employees who have the passion and will to excel.
