Position Overview:We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing for various platforms, including web, mobile, and print. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for design and a desire to grow within a supportive team environment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with members of the marketing team to understand project requirements and goalsEdit and generate visually compelling and impactful advertising materials for diverse platforms, encompassing both print and digital mediumsFormulate concepts for advertising campaigns that resonate with our target audience and stakeholders and align with marketing objectivesMaintain marketing assets by filing documents, assets, and images in an exceptionally organized fashionUtilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to develop high-quality graphics and layoutsSupport with photography-related tasks, including image editing and retouchingContribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input for design conceptsEnsure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and project requirementsRequirements:At least 3 years experience in web, mobile, and print design.Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Understanding of Web UI and UX methodologies and best practices.Experience with generative AI is an assetExperience with "mobile-first" web designKnowledge of 3D design tools and techniques is a plus.Photography experience is advantageous.Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction well.
