Implements and administers established thegroup accounting and controlling policies, procedures, andpractices to meet finance requirements supporting short andlong-term business needs.Ensures maintenance ofgroup general accounting, cost accounting, payroll, payables, andreceivables.Ensures accurate and timelyrecording and reporting of operatingresults.Provides financial analysis,interpretation of variances from budgets and standards, and adviceto management.Participates in development of thefinancial strategy.Oversees development andimplementation of finance strategy with adequate consideration ofCompany's objectives.Overseesthoroughly the financial planning process including development ofbusiness plans, budgeting, and forecasts for theentity.Prepares actual vs budget/forecastperformance reports for the Company's management& Board of Directors and analyzing and commenting on bothoverall Company performance and individual projectperformance.Responsible for preparing monthlyfinancial reports which includes Balance sheet, P&L, Cashflow statement, Project Profitability report, ratio analysis andInvoice certification report etc. for the group top management.Also, responsible for preparing quarterly BOD presentation andfinancial reports.Coordinates with the externaland internal auditors, and bankers etc.
