Responsible for overseeing the ElectricalEnergy Isolation and Lock-out and tagout (LOTO) compliance andimplementation by the EPC Contractor and Subcontractors during thePre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities throughout theEPC-1 Onshore facility. This primarily involves direct interactionwith the EPC Contractor PTW and LOTO team as well as field auditingof the implementation during pre-comm/comm activities, SIMOPS andat handover of the facility to the start-up team. Provides clearguidance to the EPC Contractor and facilitates resolutionisolation/de-isolation activities during pre-comm/comm phase tomeet project objectives andmilestones.KeyAccountabilitiesPredominantlyfield based to assist and review electrical energy isolations andinvolvementation of lock-out andtag-outs.ProvidesElectrical expertise & guidance, to lead safe execution ofthe Electrical Pre-Comm and Commissioning scope of work inaccordance with project deliverables and executionschedule.Assist to develop,review and approve Electrical method statements, Job SafetyAnalysis , procedures, work packages, and provides supervision ofpre-comm/comm scope of work by EPCcontractor.Guides EPCContractor's Electrical pre-comm/comm activities andvalidating, implementation of safe electrical work practices,isolations and de-isolations; adherence to project objectives,requirements, specifications andadhere to Project SHESproceduresActivelyparticipate in Tool Box Talks, Task Instructions and SHES relatedwalkdowns
