1. Manage project delivery and Execution. .Project delivery planning and control. . Determine budgets,timelines and cost estimates for project design and construction. .Management of project financials. . Development of project programsand project execution plans. . Internal and external projectreporting. . Contract management and reporting. . OverviewingConstruction phase and liaising with Contractors and Developers. .Management of sub-consultants. . Quality and HSE assurance. 2.Oversee project technical delivery as part of a team. .Understanding of client requirements and processes. . Managing allstages of the design process from concept to detail design, andtender. . Leading the engineering delivery team and manage projectactivities through the application of technical engineeringplanning, principles and techniques . Review project deliverablesincluding writing technical reports, gathering information,drafting proposals, handling project correspondence. . Work inconjunction with engineers to solve project design problems. .Liaison with the different teams working to facilitate completionof tasks, and project. . Good communicator. . Support the teamthrough the delivery process including the technical studies andsite investigations 3. Client Service Management . Clients andstakeholders management, communication and liaison. . Internal andexternal client liaison . Ability to build and maintain lasting andpositive relationships 4. Follow safe work practices and adhere tocompany guidelines and policies for planning and executing work ina safe manner. . Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Valuesand in accordance with the Stantec Quality Systems and ProjectQuality Procedures. . Design for safety, i.e. Construction DesignManagement. 5. Other duties as requested from time to time tomaintain the business continuity and development. Qualifications .15 years of minimum experience, including 5 years of consultancyexperience in Qatar. . Degree in Civil Engineering, from arecognized University. . Professional Certification or degree inProject Management. . Excellent command English both written andspoken. . The ability to manage a heavy workload, with a closeattention to detail. . Excellent computer skills. . The ability towork autonomously, reviewing your work on a regular basis whileconsistently meeting your objectives. . Strong team workingcapabilities. Committed to working with all levels of management ona daily and ongoing basis. . A proactive approach, workingeffectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, takingprofessional responsibility in all matters. . Be of the highestcaliber: punctual, attentive and competent in adhering toCOMPANY's policies, procedures and working practices.Career Level Expectations: . Responsible for single department orfunctional area either as a manager or functional expert .Initiates and maintains relationships with key staff from otherdepartments . Makes authoritative decisions and recommendationshaving important impact on activities of company . Demonstrateshigh degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment inanticipating and solving unprecedented complexities . Determinesprogram objectives and requirement, organizing programs andprojects, and developing standards and guidelines for diverseactivities . Proven specialist expertise; typically 15+ years ofexperience, including fiscal responsibilities. .
