Arabic Bakery Chef with 4 years experience in bakery production, needed for a leading franchise operator in Qatar.Job requirements:- Degree from a culinary or technical school- Minimum 4 years experience as Bakery Chef- Ability to stand for long hours- Ability to work under stressful conditions- Attentive, enthusiastic and committedJob description:- Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, kaak, manakish and other baked goods- Maintain the cleanliness and safe preparation of food as per the Health Regulations- Ensure that all food prepared and stored is done in accordance with the Health regulations- Ensure the co-operation and moral of all Kitchen staff- Ensure kitchen and work areas are maintained to the standards required by the company- Ensure prompt and friendly service to all clients- Audit the quality of delivered goods- Control food cost and product wastage- Control quality consistency of bakery produced- Supervise and manage the entire the bakery team
