Role Type Contractor What you'll be doing: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Shop Seller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the designated shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance:

• Achieve & exceed monthly, quarterly, & annual sales targets.
• Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services to meet those needs.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to the overall success of the shop.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Continuously update product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Merchandising:

• Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to create attractive product displays.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.-Previous experience in retail sales is highly desirable.
