  • We are offering a contract role for an Independent Recruitment Contractor. As part of this role, you will handle various day-to-day tasks related to introducing prospects to our client's software.
  • Additionally, you will facilitate introductions between our company and these prospects, promoting employer-on-record (EOR) services or other incidental services.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Introductions : You will engage with potential clients, introducing them to our client's software solutions.
  • Company Introductions : Facilitate connections between our company and prospects, emphasizing the value of EOR services.
  • Service Activation : Services will be rendered once a prospect becomes a client by executing the Master Service Agreement and successfully onboarding one or more members.
  • Remote Work : This is a remote position. We are particularly interested in Independent contractors who want to get a freelance work visa and move to live anywhere in Poland.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining professional relationships.
