- Donations reporting monthly both for our individual NGO partners and for our websites and social platforms
- Help develop and write an ambitious, long term strategy for driving progress in our communities, including our sustainability programme before, during and after COP28
- Manage charity partnerships, alongside the Associate Director. This means planning in-app and social campaigns with them, and ensuring our brand is represented strongly as one of their partners
- Co-manage the Tech roadmap that supports the donations product, providing research-based insights on how to enhance the customer donations journey
- Help onboard new NGO partners through our compliance and legal processes, and ensure timely payouts
- Support on other Special Projects, including research and writing for government programme proposals
