For more information, please visit ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Manager, Total Rewards. you will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing a cohesive compensation structure across the SATS group of companies within APAC. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead the establishment and implementation of a consistent rewards structure within the SATS group of companies in APAC, ensuring alignment with the overall organisational rewards philosophy, strategy, goals and aspired culture.
- Lead, supervise, and oversee the administration of compensation and performance management to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance on the annual job evaluation exercise, ensuring jobs are evaluated through job grading or job profiling/job banding
- Ensure the implementation of a fair and objective performance management system to facilitate performance-related payouts.
- Conduct the annual pay benchmarking process to ensure pay competitiveness in SG and other APAC countries.
- Drive the ongoing efforts to build the capability of Human Capital Business Partners and people leaders on Rewards and raise the awareness of employees on Rewards topics to their concern.
- Collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners to oversee the annual appraisal/ranking exercise, ensuring accurate and fair ranking assessments. Establish and maintain proper systems and procedures for staff appraisal, ranking, promotion, and staff remuneration, including performance-related rewards, merit increments, and company share awards.
- Offer analytical support for compensation and benefits management, including gathering, analysing, and providing statistics/information for salary/remuneration analysis. Identify issues and propose and implement effective solutions.
- At least 10 years of working experience in Compensation for a large organization with APAC presence.
- Demonstrated success in independently leading projects, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and achieving impactful results.
- Proven ability to take initiative, adapt flexibly to changing environments, and demonstrate meticulous analytical skills.
- A keen desire to learn and grow, along with a resourceful and forward-thinking mindset.
- Preferably with experience in managing outsourcing vendors.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP HR systems is an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
