Responsibilities
- Assist in the international logistical clearance process.
- Manage import and export licenses.
- Carry out the preparation and verification of logistical documents.
- Responsible for contacting suppliers and making transport quotes.
- Assist with tracking and reporting logistics and transportation status.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of the logistics IT system.
- Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree related to logistics is preferred.
- Experience with local delivery, warehouse, and logistics-related invoice review.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good office suite skills, especially in Excel.
- Fluent in English and can be used as a working language.
