In this role, you will be responsible for sending documents to customers by e-mail, consulting clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service and relationship management. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will
- Receiving and Sending Invoices
- Do Monthly Revenues
- Close Shipments and put all information in our system
- Payment Disputes
- Work with Excel
- Answer phone calls
- Basic background in Accounting.
- Confident computer user.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Fluent English (No lower C1 level).
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Know how to work collaboratively with team members.
