About the Role We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building our platform. Collaborating with other engineers, your duties will encompass implementing new features for our UI (tailwind framework), internal and external back-end APIs (ruby on rails, Postgres), and various other microservices that comprise the platform using modern cloud technologies (Render, AWS, Docker). The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer with a passion for writing high-quality software. You strive to keep abreast of the latest frameworks and patterns and are ready to hit the ground running in a fully-remote yet collaborative environment. Requirements

• Be a vital part of the engineering team
• Contribute to the architecture design and implementation of full-stack platform needs
• Assist with day-to-day development management, including use case development, story writing, code review, and QA+API documentation.

• Has a background in full-stack or backend engineering
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, remote-friendly work environment
• Enjoys wearing many hats from an engineering perspective and is comfortable in a startup environment
• Thinks creatively and is constantly seeking innovative solutions
• Has a passion for learning and applying knowledge to solve problems

• Strong technical documentation skills
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with Redis, AMQP, Docker
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Knowledge of authentication, encryption, and security techniques
