Job Description:
- Provide active support in managing company tax matters, including income tax and sales tax, ensuring compliance with tax laws
- Prepare and review tax returns, refunds, and stay updated on tax regulations
- Handle notices/audits, compile data, and assist tax consultants in meeting deadlines
- Support in contesting appeals and resolve input tax discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tax reporting and audits
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filing to prevent penalties, liaise with tax consultants regularly to improve efficiency
- Maintain organized tax records and stay informed about industry tax trends
Key Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of Pakistan's tax laws and regulations
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
