Responsabilities We’re looking for a Manager: Technical Training Design, with a consolidated experience in Technical Training and passionate for people’s development to:

  • Develop, maintain and deliver technical learning and training programs to OSF DIGITAL employees globally;
  • Develop innovative and engaging learning contents while promoting a learning culture;
  • Understand how to effectively use processes and tools such as Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform;
  • Work with internal development teams and department leaders to identify training needs;
  • Develop presentations, videos, documentation, and related content to support OSF employees with Salesforce and related technologies;
  • Deliver Salesforce training, developing content and training methods;
  • Provide Salesforce support by managing Salesforce support tickets and identifying trends in training needs and enhancements;
  • Measure Training effectiveness.
  • Deploy knowledge of training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation) to be effective in adult learning
  • Design training and learning paths to help employees overcome any current weaknesses and teach additional skills, to keep the company's talent pool competitive and efficient
  • Assist in developing technical training courses for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) based on modern tools to meet long term development goals
  • Perform analyses and identify metrics to track training programs success in partnership with the company’s leadership
  • Work closely with country/DC heads for identifying and fulfilling the training needs per quarter
  • Conduct individual/team/ business group skills gap analyses
  • Schedule in-house educational sessions using e-learning platforms
  • Coordinate company’s product & services-related trainings, including presentations of new features/ services and simulation activities in a demo environment
  • Liaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom-style trainings
  • SF Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations as warranted. Review and provide insight on quarterly releases and test appropriate functionality as directed and provide enhancement recommendations to the Sales Enablement Manager. Leverage Trailhead or other LMS platforms where appropriate and empower users to complete learning paths, acquire super badges, and pursue learning opportunities.
  • SF Administrative Support: provide Salesforce support by troubleshooting requests to gain understanding and insight into user experience
  • Project work: Manage special projects as assigned, such as ad-hoc reporting, usage analysis, and organization data maintenance
  • Measure Training Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of learning sessions, identify future training needs and track each session's impact through surveys and/or other feedback tools; Identify insights that will drive continuous improvement proactively seeks to improve processes/content
  • Manage the training team’s activity and individual’s growth/career path
  • Identifying Risk if any related to training programs, trainers, gaps on skills, training materials, assessments, assessment tools etc and work toward resolving the same.
Requirements • Proven track record of training with experience training in an adult learning environment using different delivery channels – virtual, in-person, technology-based training • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant hands-on experience in designing training vision and programs, having Salesforce knowledge would be a plus • Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpretation through compiling large amounts of data into an understandable format to support problem-solving • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, create slides, and present • Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel Outlook)• Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts with technology • Knowledge of web-based learning platforms, modern educational techniques and latest market trends • Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field + Masters in management field is a plus • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification is a plus Considered a Plus: Working knowledge in:
  • Producing video, audio/narration and editing
  • Graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe PremierPro/ Illustrator/ Photoshop/ XD
