With our core values built around our beliefs such as having pride in everything we do, aspiring to make a difference, operating with honesty and integrity, and growth through people, innovation, and ideas, we believe we offer a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking company that really cares about you.What are we looking for?- A reliable and trustworthy Mobile Patrol Officer, to work in Croydon and surrounding areas- 40 hours per week, spread out over any 5 days of the week (will include some weekend working)What's in it for you?- £10.90 per hour - Real Living Wage!- Company vehicle- Annual Bonus Scheme.- NOW Pension.- Statutory Sick Pay.- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.- Additional 1 day's holiday for your birthday week.- Health care cash back scheme.- Mental Health and Well Being Programmes (EAP).- Employee discount scheme.- Cycle to Work scheme.- Enhanced paternity leave.- Employee of the Month Awards.- Yammer monthly lottery.- Regular ad-hoc monetary recognition.- Paid DBS application.- Access to free online training.What will we expect in return?Travel to and from allocated sites within visit cycles provided, and/or as required.Patrol and monitor car parks, ensuring the car park is tidy and clean at all times.Maintain a professional image when dealing with third parties.Issue Parking Charge Notices as and when required, in line with the contraventions set out in the terms and conditions signage within the car park.Check if parking equipment is in working order.Restock machines with tickets, undertake minor repairs and maintenance of machines and report any faults to the Line Manager.Perform preventative maintenance and replenishment of consumables within payment and validation kiosks.Improve accessibility for all site users.Management of abuse of parking facilities.Provide excellent customer services and assist customers as and when required.Carry out duties in line with company health and safety policies and follow safe working practices.Carry out any other tasks and instructions as and when required.What do we need from you?Have a full UK Driving licence.Strong customer service skills.Excellent interpersonal/networking skills.Good verbal and listening communications skills.Effective time management skills.Basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills.Pro-active and self-motivated.Management of own timekeeping and attendance.A good understanding of role and requirements of our customers.A sensitive and practical approach to enforcement at site.An understanding of the diversity of our customers and colleagues.If you believe you have the skills and experience necessary then please apply on line to
