Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Expo Universe ( is a Specialist International Recruitment Company in the Engineering and Technical Recruitment Domain. We offer complete recruitment solutions including Permanent, Contract, and Temporary Indian & Expat personnel across the oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, mining, infrastructure, power and water sectors around the Globe.Qualifications:
- High School or Equivalent
- 2-3 years Maximo or Work Order experience
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Automated processing data system input skills
- Prior experience working in the US Military or Government Contracting environment
- Must be able to obtain a Smart card within 60 days of employment
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor
- Works effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and other supervisory levels of management
- Possesses a working knowledge of the Standard Supply system and operating procedures
- Ability to exercise direction and good judgment
- Possess high-level organizational and planning skills
- Ability to communicate well orally and in written English
- Possess an advanced level of computer skills in the use of creating databases, spreadsheets and knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
