Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned category, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. - Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends to inform product development and positioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to bring innovative and high-quality products to market on time and within budget. - Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations and business objectives. - Drive financial success by setting pricing strategies, monitoring costs, and maximizing revenue through effective product positioning. - Work closely with the customer support and sales teams to gather customer feedback, address issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Proven experience as a Product Manager in the home appliances industry. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to act in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. - Familiarity with market trends and consumer preferences in the home appliances sector.Apply safely
