Our specialization includes Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Shipping Documentation, Change Management, Data Security, and Business Information. KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Monitor, maintain and manage a secure client’s DMZ, WAN, LAN and Internet connectivity. Ensure that the network is designed for the most efficient data and voice traffic routing, load balancing, redundancy and backup, while optimizing cost / performance.
  • Participate in design, implementation and enhancement of Local Area Networks / Wide Area Networks, wireless / mobile connectivity, vulnerability assessments, firewalls and any other intrusion detection systems set-up and configuration.
  • Review information, requests, incidents, problems and analysis collected and escalated by the Infrastructure Help Desk team. Perform additional analysis of incidents and problems. Resolve the incidents and problems.
  • Assist with projects and trials of new network technologies, architectures and solutions.
  • Provide technical consultancy on network hardware/software to the business.
  • Ensure appropriate levels of spares are maintained across the business.
  • Evaluate network change requests. Coordinate implementation of approved change requests. Ensure the integrity and performance of the network.
  • Provide customer focus by ensuring that Network Management services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations.
  • Operate network hardware/software configurations in accordance with client’s standards and procedures.
  • Work with local and global companies to ensure that network equipment standards are adopted, implemented and maintained appropriately.
  • Escalate incidents and problems, as necessary, to the appropriate team, Site IT Delivery or vendor, while actively retaining ownership of the incident on behalf of the customer.
  • Manage third parties working on network equipment maintenance/enhancements to ensure that effective 3rd party service is being delivered.
  • Establish strong working relationships and understanding between the Network Management team members, Infrastructure Help Desk team and other support teams.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches and wireless controllers Cisco and firewalls Checkpoint and Fortinet.
  • Intermediate knowledge in telecom solutions and architecture.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, QoS, SDWAN, voIP and routing protocols.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to CSC IT support procedures.
  • Architect network solutions for the customer account and experience in managing high availability environments.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Must have experience in managing L3/L4 issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work with urgency sense being proactive and organized.
  • Native Portuguese Brazilian and Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Availability to stand-by on demand and to attend meetings at crisis moment.
  • Must be willing to work ON-SITE in our Campinas office on daily basis.
  • Availability to travel.
DIFFERENTIAL
  • Certificates such as CCNA, CCNP or CCIE, NSE 7+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security +, ITIL v3+.
  • Deep knowledge in VMware NSX.
  • Intermediate knowledge with Kaspersky, McAfee and Symantec solutions.
  • Major degree in Information Technology or a related field.
