• Responsible or monthly closing of accounts and ensuring all schedules are prepared and collected from the team for analysis and audit.
• Verification of online bank payments and Inter account transfers.
• Coordinating with the team for opening of new accounts in Oracle Fusion.

Aircraft Mechanic – Base Maintenance Jazeera Airways is looking for Aircraft Mechanic – Base Maintenance who would carry out a variety of duties related to the maintenance tasks (scheduled/ unscheduled) and defect rectification of aircraft in accordance to the regulatory and company procedures. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in removal, replacement and installation aircraft parts and components.
• Assist in carrying out pre-departure checks & performing routine/ non routine Aircraft maintenance tasks issued by the company including but not limited to trouble shooting, components removal/ installation.
• Ensure completion of all necessary manual and automated records as required by applicable regulations, manuals, contract guidance, and company directives.
• Responsible for reporting occurrences, events, violations, and actions that may affect safety, security, and company reputation to superiors.
• Participate in towing and movement of aircraft during maintenance activities.
• Inform Aircraft Engineer, Quality Assurance & Safety Division of any procedural occurrences or discrepancies.

Graphic Design Specialist We are looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to support the design requirements of Jazeera Airways marketing across 2D and 3D visual content creation and production. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work with Jazeera Airways Marketing team on briefs requiring creative concepts and design for BTL/collaterals, basic ATL using templates, digital online banners, website design & visuals, and other design requirements.
• Work with Jazeera Airways Product team on food package and menu design for on-board catering along with all on-board collateral.
• Brief and work with agency partners to deliver required creative assets for digital campaigns and social media content.
• Liaise with external production company to produce required banner adaptations for delivery to media and additional advertising formats when required.
• Monitor and manage new brand identity and ensure consistent application across all Jazeera Airways touchpoints.
• Respond to local Sales team requests for outstation branding and marketing materials.
• Liaise with other production suppliers for printing and producing materials.
• Maintain Head Office and Terminal branded with posters and signages.

Base Maintenance Supervisor Jazeera Airways is looking for a Base Maintenance Supervisor who would be responsible to oversee all aspects of base maintenance to ensure the aircraft remains in an airworthy condition. He/ she will be overseeing our team of LAE and mechanics and ensuring that work, both scheduled and unscheduled, is completed in a safe & timely manner, in accordance with regulatory and company policy. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise day-to-day base maintenance of aircraft and manage maintenance personnel across multiple shifts.
• Identify and define the need for additional staffing, equipment, tooling, and budget; develop and regulate maintenance for tooling, manpower, and ground support equipment (GSE).
• Assign daily workload to ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
• Ensure that all GSE equipment is serviceable and serviced according to the maintenance program.
• Stay updated on applicable rules and regulations related to aircraft maintenance to ensure company, state, and federal compliance.
• Conduct competency assessments of all technical staff and devise their training programs.
• Serve as the focal point for all maintenance compliance and act as the auditee for internal and external audits.
• Take control of all maintenance activities in Aircraft on ground “AOG” situations, coordinating closely with MCC and supply chain to minimize disruption and recover the aircraft.
• Produce and maintain compliant and effective process instructions for maintenance, identifying improvement opportunities for performance and efficiency.
• Administer and control deferred planned items to ensure maintenance is executed within its due period.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
• DGCA/ UAE GCAA/ EASA License endorsed with Airbus 320 family with CFM 56B and/or LEAP 1A engines.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with exposure to Base Maintenance, operational, and cabin appearance aspects of airline operations and aircraft maintenance organizations (A320 family preferred) with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Part 145, Part 21, Part M, and other relevant legislation.
• Proficient in maintenance methods and quality systems.

Licensed Aircraft Engineer - Base Maintenance Jazeera Airways is looking for a Licensed Aircraft Engineer - Base Maintenance who will be responsible to carry out maintenance tasks (scheduled/ unscheduled) and defect rectification of aircraft in accordance to the regulatory and company procedures. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform routine/ non routine Aircraft maintenance tasks as per the authorization scope issued by the company. Rectification of defects, to ensure maintenance is achieved to the required standards of the operating program in an efficient and safe manner.
• Developing and regulating all Maintenance for tooling, manpower, and ground support equipment (GSE).
• Assigning daily workload to ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Ensuring that all GSE equipment is serviceable and serviced as per the maintenance program.
• Maintaining a current knowledge base of applicable rules and regulations related to aircraft maintenance to ensure and monitor company, state, and federal compliance.
• Carrying out competency assessments of all Technical staff and devising their training programs.
• Serving as the focal point for all maintenance compliance and acting as the auditee for internal and external audits.
• Providing guidance to the MCC CAMO, Flight Operations, and Maintenance Operations for critical aircraft maintenance and AOG events to minimize aircraft ground time.
• In AOG situations, taking control of all maintenance activities and closely coordinating with MCC and supply chain to ensure the aircraft is recovered with minimal disruption.
• Assigning priority to all assigned activities for smooth technical operations.
• Producing and maintaining compliant and effective process instructions for Maintenance and identifying improvement opportunities that benefit performance and efficiency.
• Administering and controlling deferred planned items to ensure maintenance is executed within its due period.
• Ensuring daily and weekly inspections are carried out.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
• Kuwait DGCA/ UAE GCAA/ EASA License endorsed with Airbus 320 family with CFM-56B and/or LEAP-1A engines.
• Minimum 2 years of certifying experience on A320 family as B1 or B2 Engineer using the privileges of any of the above-mentioned license held by Licensed Aircraft Engineer in the last three years.
• 5 years aviation experience in related field including Base Maintenance.
• Ability to read, interpret & follow aircraft related maintenance manuals/ Regulations/ Procedures clearly.
• Time management, team-work, leadership and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communications skills especially in English.
