IT Services Professional, Global Provisioning Services

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in McKinsey Global Services (MGS) Manila as a member of the global provisioning services (GPS) team, with over 140 members all over the world. This team is responsible for coordinating IT service requests from McKinsey consultants working at the client premises where possible again or working from home. Under GPS, you’ll be part of our Global Mobile Services team (GMS). GMS is a global team with presence in Costa Rica, Philippines, and Czech Republic and your focus will be to support firm colleagues on their telecommunication services for their mobile subscription (Android/IOS).

What You'll Do

You will work closely with the global team to ensure our colleagues have the best mobile experience possible. This includes arranging, changing, and terminating mobile subscriptions, which will require you to interact with our telecommunication vendors regularly, representing McKinsey. You will also closely collaborate with the rest of the GPS group as well as other parts of Technology and Digital Services to ensure a world class support to our colleagues. You will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory records for our subscriptions and making sure our records in our inventory system and our billing/invoicing system match. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas on how to perform our work better, and participate in our continuous improvement initiatives, which will also give you opportunity to develop new skills. Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general IT terminology and functions
• Advanced communications skills (in English) to be able to communicate effectively across all McKinsey audiences
• Distinct quality mindset, exceptional service attitude and sense of urgency with strong customer service orientation
• Very strong analytical, coordination and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge or experience in managing corporate mobile subscriptions and telecom vendor management
• Strong sense of ownership to complete tasks accurately and on-time
