Our Fuller Avenue facility (750 Fuller Ave. NE, Grand Rapids) has been a cornerstone to our Grand Rapids Community for many years. In addition, our Fuller Ave. facility is a staple to Corewell Health's continuum of services. LPN Position Summary: Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. RN Position Summary: Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.  Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing or LPN Certification - Required
• RN or LPN license in State of Michigan - Required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) 90 Days Required

• 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., Every other weekend
