Job Title: Account Executive Hiring Manager : Growth Manager Location: Remote (Philippines) Account Executive role is the point person that manages non-enterprise potential/existing customers from Acquisition, Onboarding to Retention funnel. To ensure good relationships with our non-enterprise clients, acquire the right customers for the right product, ensure a seamless onboarding experience and finally to actively use our products and potentially upsell more products for better product stickiness.
- Success looks like growing the total number of MSME and SME customers using our products
- Learn the clients needs, understand their use cases and have an in-depth knowledge of Brankas API and product stack, to successfully sell Brankas’ products to our non-enterprise clients.
- Minimize non-enterprise registered clients time on Sandbox, and successfully expediting their go-live whilst providing a seamless onboarding experience.
- To engage and educate our registered non-enterprise customers during onboarding and ensure maximum utilization of Brankas’ products suite.
- Successfully upsell other Brankas products to existing non-enterprise customers to increase Product stickiness, and ensure their utilization of the new product.
- Listens and actively document our customers feedback and concerns, and feed it back to the Product Managers for possible improvements.
- Work closely with Acquisition and Control Center Product Managers to supply insight on the frictions that non-enterprise clients face during registration and onboarding for further improvements
- Prevent churn of customers that have already gone live on Brankas’ platform.
- You have 2 years of experience in Sales/Onboarding and account management
- You demonstrate a can do attitude and sense of ownership
- You are experienced in project management, managing clients expectations and cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Fluent in Tagalog and English
- Bonus point if: you have experience working in banking and finance
