Job Description

You will in be in charge of

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Act as a leader and provide insight and perspective to the VP / GM and exercise good judgement to identify and solve financial and complex operational problems.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, board members, and the senior management team
• Translating strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to HQ/Country CFO/Global/Local Division Manager.
• Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion
• To provide professional advice on long-term business and financial planning
• To establish and develop relations with senior management and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Group CFO will be confident in handling the responsibilites above and must possess the below requirements;

• Candidate must possess a professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance
• At least 15-20 years' experience in a senior management posiion
• Possess good strategic, analytical, interpersonal and people management skills
• Good understanding on Company's business structure and the operation
