Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the Saudi market, focusing on the sale of cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise-level sales, possess a deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape, and demonstrate expertise in positioning and selling SaaS products. Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration:- Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities within the Saudi market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and establish a strong presence.
- Target and engage with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and positioning our SaaS solutions as essential business enablers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique demands of the Saudi market.
- Leverage industry insights and competitive analysis to refine and optimize sales tactics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for SaaS solutions in the Saudi region.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Experience:- Proven track record of at least 5 years in enterprise sales and business development, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated success in penetrating and expanding within the Saudi market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex SaaS concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
