  • Experience in working in government and/or development partner’s projects; and
  • Experience in developing plans, tracking results and reporting project outcomes.
Eligibility : None required Additional Competency; 1. Working knowledge of the administrative and financial procedures related to procurement policies of government agencies; and monitoring and evaluation of multi-stake holder development projects; 2. Preferably familiar with strategies for partnership development and alliance building; 3. Preferably familiar with DSWD protection programs and strategies; 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills; 5. Highly proficient in the use of standards software packages (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.); and 6. Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment with multi-tasking capabilities. JOB DESCRIPTION The Project Development Officer II will be responsible for liaising with OBS to monitor the implementation of approved PAPs and ensure compliance with loan covenants and related requirements. He or she will prepare and consolidate progress reports. help maintain the FIRST databases, and attend to other requirements of the Individual Consultants and the PMU as a whole, including ensuring that the Project Director’s directives and assignments to the PMU are properly addressed and does other related staff work. Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the review of Project Proposals/Terms of Reference in relation to Information Technology; 2. Prepare periodic and special reports on the status and progress of the BFIRST Project implementation; 3. Facilitates tasks and activities on PAP development, procurement, implementation and closure; 4. Coordinates and liaises with OBS to monitor and facilitate PAP progress; 5. Assist in the development and packaging of PAP concept notes and proposals; 6. Assists in the other knowledge management tasks and activities; 7. Helps to maintain a database of completed, ongoing and prospective PAPs and ensure documentation of good practice and lessons learned from TA projects; and 8. Attends to secretariat requirements of the PMU (e.g. coordination of activities, preparation of minutes of meetings). Job Outputs: 1. Updated PAP database; 2. Consolidated TA progress reports; and 3. Knowledge products/IEC materials.
