Apply Now! Our Rehab and Nursing Centers have been providing services in West Michigan for 20+ years. Our residents range in age, diversity and acuity levels. Corewell Health (formerly Spectrum Health) has opened a new 80 bed sub-acute rehabilitation (SAR) Rehab and Nursing Center on Leffingwell, which provides short term, goal-oriented rehabilitation to individuals after surgery, serious injury or illness. LPN Position Summary: Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. RN Position Summary: Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.  Qualifications

• Associate Degree Nursing or LPN Certification - Required
• RN or LPN license in State of Michigan - Required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) 90 Days Required

• 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., Every other weekend
