1. Manage MBOs/broker/DSA business from HO. 2. Work with front end sales team and drive volume from MBOs/ brokers / DSA channel. 3. Understand the competition and devise market specific strategies 4. Travel to MBOs/ broker/ DSA locations and understand the requirement of brokers and market. Conclude requirement and take up with ho/ senior management/ regional heads for approvals and ensure rollout to increase volume. 5. Setup and drive processes & policy related to MBOs/ brokers business from HO and ensure implementation at front end. Also drive changes proactively. 6. Develop MBOs/ broker / DSA market to bring additional volume. 7. Drive collection of MBOs/ brokers / DSA team for first EMIs and non-starter cases. Also track the registration of vehicles within defined timelines. Track and monitor MBOs/ broker / DSA portfolio. 8. Will also be responsible for coordination, presentation and presentation of periodic process updates.
