Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) ● Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role or as an HR Consultant, demonstrating success in driving strategic HR initiatives. ● In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the Philippines. ● Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate HR initiatives into business impact. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels. ● Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a rela-ted field is preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership ● Collaborate with the Chief HR Officer to develop and execute HR strategies that directly support the achievement of our organizational objectives. ● Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance the effectiveness of our HR function. 2. Organizational Development ● Lead efforts in organizational design and development, ensuring our structure aligns with business goals. ● Spearhead cultural transformation initiatives to cultivate a workplace that reflects our values and promotes employee engagement. 3. Talent Management ● Oversee talent acquisition strategies, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent in alignment with our diverse business sectors. ● Design and implement succession planning programs, identifying high-potential individuals and ensuring a robust leadership pipeline. 4. Employee Relations ● Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. ● Act as a mediator in conflict resolution, fostering positive working relationships and a harmonious workplace. 5. HR Compliance ● Stay updated on the ever-evolving labor laws and regulations in the Philippines, ensuring our HR practices remain compliant. ● Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks. 6. Training and Development: ● Assess learning needs within the organization and design training programs to elevate employee skills and competencies. ● Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure effective program delivery. 7. HR Analytics ● Utilize HR analytics to assess the impact of HR programs, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. ● Regularly report on key HR metrics, helping leadership understand trends and areas for improvement.
