Company Our client is a franchise company that was established in Bahrain in 1940. They are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Supervisor (Traditional Trade) to be based in Bahrain. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve volume plan by ensuring existing accounts and new accounts are covered in an effective manner.
- Set clear and time bound objectives that are consistent with sales goals with each member of the team.
- Ensure all accounts are visited as per set coverage plan.
- Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions.
- Ensure market hygiene by conducting regular market visits & competition mapping as per company standards (using the assigned HHC device for your routes), so all merchandising standards and sales performance KPI’s are effectively executed by the team.
- Update the Territory Scoreboard on a daily basis.
- Review progress versus objectives at daily/ weekly meetings.
- Provide recognition and feedback to frontline.
- Lead problem solving and address team issues.
- Assess performer capability and provide development feedback
- Model desired behaviors & skills during coaching sessions
- Maintain records of WORK*WITH objectives and progress
- Deliver group training as required
- Maintain a physical presence in the territory to monitor execution and ensure understanding of customer’s needs.
- Execute plans and commitments with assigned customers by visiting each customer as per the wiring plan.
- Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Tracking/winning the competitor’s exclusive outlets.
- Monitor and maintain the CDA customers as per the agreement.
- Negotiate and finalize the agreement with the approved budgets.
- Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience.
- University graduate with a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- English and Arabic /Hindi Language.
- Strong personality & ability to solve problems.
