Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (E&TC / Instrumentation) Experience: 3 to 5 yrs of relevant work experience in the field of Industrial Automation and Control Systems Work location: Baner in Pune Desired Skills and Experience PLC / HMI programming experience for at least one brand (Allen Bradley/Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron / Schneider / Delta / Renu) IEC61131-3 programming with good knowledge of programming using CODESYS or STRATON Experience of Installation and commissioning in the field Experience of handling and resolving field complaints Analytical skills Communication skills Job Specifications and Job Requirements Prompt and efficient post-sales support, includes application development, installation and commissioning of products, attending service calls, support sales channels Prepare demo applications for product demonstration and training Prepare and maintain repository with detail and up-to date technical information related to products Prepare relevant technical information, wiring and installation details and drawings for product brochures, data sheets. Manuals, application notes, training manuals Provide direct technical support to customers and our sales channels Site visits to customers for problem solving Maintain field complaint database for all products (including legacy products) and work closely with Engineering to get issues resolved quickly Maintain track record of issue fixes and providing update patches to all channels pro-actively Provide inputs to Engineering team regarding new features, enhancements, issues and facilitate product growth Travel to customer site and locations for support, training as and when required Ability to work as per European or American time zone as and when required and provide remote support or training Technical Support,PLC / HMI programming,CODESYS or STRATON,Installation and commissioning,Analytical skills,Communication skills,post-sales support,Application Development,attending service calls, support sales channels,product demonstration and training Designation: Technical Support Engineer Vacancies: 3 Experience: 3.0 Year(s) - 5.0 Year(s)
