This is an expressions of interest for our Pakuranga, Grafton & Kingsland GP positions. We have Fellows, GPEPs & experienced non-vocational GPs working with us across our various Auckland clinics. Our patients can see our care team online through the Tend app, or in person at a Tend medical centre. You'll be part of our innovative, collaborative, curious and high-performing Team. We aspire to make Aotearoa the healthiest country in the world! As a General Practitioner at Tend, you’ll be someone who cares about making a difference. You will:- Provide high-quality primary care using a holistic and person/whānau centred approach.
- Promote health and assess, diagnose and form management plans for diverse patient groups both in-person and online.
- Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up, where appropriate.
- Provide culturally safe care with patients and whānau.
