• Be a thought leader, with a proven track record at the executive table.
• A seasoned practitioner with a wide range of skills and capabilities across the world of IT
• Laser focused on delivering positive customer outcomes for your internal stakeholders.
• Possess the ability to think about technology needs now, in the future and be tuned in to industry trends that enable our success.
• Coach and develop your direct reports, with a customer lens across all that is delivered.
• Manage tenders and contracts with exemplar negotiation skills.
• Tightly manage assets and budgets
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

He kōrero mōu: About you We are looking for a leader with experience managing a team of IT professionals, setting IT budgets, and evaluating and implementing technology solutions to drive efficiency and innovation. Additionally, you will have:

• Exceptional people leadership capability
• An engaging, open, and collaborative approach
• Exemplar IT knowledge
• Demonstrable relationship and communication skills
• Able to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
• A solid background in senior IT leadership positions, operating at an executive level.
• The ability to add value to the wider Executive team.
• A proven track record across multiple IT platforms, software, systems & Infrastructure.
