Role Summary To work as part of our Services Team to provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects. The successful candidate’s role will be as an MEP BIM Modeler within the WSP in India in our Noida office producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You can expect to be active on a number of projects at any given time. You will report to BIM Lead in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally. Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models
- Clash detection and clash resolution
- Create Parametric BIM Families
- Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
- Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations
- Support design teams and bid teams with creation of 4D models / visualizations
- Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model
- BIM MEP
- AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
- Navisworks
- Autodesk 3ds MAX
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Have good English communication skills
- Be able to work closely with colleagues at a senior level.
- Be computer literate.
- Have a valid passport.
- Must have good working knowledge of Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spread sheets, e-mail, web-enabled applications and database software.

- Diploma in Electrical engineering is preferred in addition to Draughting qualifications
- 4+ year's production experience in design, drafting and engineering with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record
- Minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience with BIM MEP
