- Responsible for menu creation and updates, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of taste and quality.
- Ensure the freshness and high quality of ingredients, overseeing inventory management.
- Lead the kitchen team, providing training and guidance to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a conducive working environment.
- Extensive work experience in the field of Cantonese cuisine or other cuisine.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong management skills and experience in team leadership.
- Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English
